Building and evolving the Red Bull Gaming Hubs togehter with Red Bull HQ. It was a complex mixture of country and partner communication with more than 20 countries. Leading the project with the purpose of setting up community gaming hubs in different student locations. Especially in this project regular checkins with the stakeholders were essential. Checkins were not only about tasks, they were also about the communication and needs with each other.
